At Panda Play Co., we appreciate your support and want to make sure you're happy with every purchase.
Digital Products Only Everything in our store is a digital product — downloadable files, printable games and digital content. Nothing is physically shipped.
No Returns Because our products are delivered electronically and accessed immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns once a file has been delivered or downloaded.
Refunds We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been delivered or accessed. However we're happy to make it right if any of the following apply:
- Your file was not delivered properly
- The file is defective or unusable
- The product is materially different from what was described
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection law
EU Customers If you're located in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However this right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately once you have consented to instant access and acknowledged that doing so waives your withdrawal right — which is confirmed at checkout.
