Instant Downloads
How will I receive my printable games?
After purchase, you’ll receive access to your digital files through the download link provided after checkout. You should also receive an email with your download information.
Since these are digital products, nothing will be shipped to you.
When will I get my files?
Your files should be available shortly after purchase.
If you do not see your email, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. You can also contact us at support@pandaplayco.com if you need help finding your download.
Do I need to wait for something in the mail?
No. Panda Play Co. games are digital downloads.
You buy, download, print, and play.
Printing
Where can I print my games?
You can print your games at home or use a local print shop.
Most games are designed to be easy to print on standard paper. Some products may include multiple format options depending on the game, such as US Letter, half-letter, A4, or A5.
What kind of paper should I use?
Regular printer paper works fine for most games.
If you want a nicer feel, especially for cards, invitations, or display pieces, we recommend using white cardstock or heavier matte paper.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, for personal use.
You can print copies for your own party, event, family night, girls night, or gathering. You may not resell, share, distribute, or upload the files anywhere.
Can I use a professional printer?
Yes. You can send the files to a local print shop or online printer if you prefer.
Just make sure you are printing for personal use only.
Using the Games
Are the games easy to play?
That’s the goal.
Panda Play Co. games are made to be low-stress and easy to use. We want you spending less time figuring out instructions and more time laughing with the people in front of you.
Do I need anything special to play?
Most games only need:
- the printed game sheets
- pens or pencils
- players
- optional drinks, snacks, or prizes
Some games may include extra instructions if they work best with teams, cards, a host, or a timer.
Are these games only for bachelorette parties?
No.
We’re starting with bachelorette party games, but Panda Play Co. is built for more than that. We’re also creating printable games for ladies night, family game night, holidays, birthdays, and other gatherings.
Are the bachelorette games inappropriate?
Our games are designed to be fun, playful, and party-friendly without being overly explicit.
Some games may be a little cheeky depending on the product, but we aim to keep things broad enough for real groups of friends to actually enjoy.
Files and Editing
Are the files editable?
Most Panda Play Co. games are designed to be printed and played as-is.
If a product includes editable files or fillable areas, that will be stated clearly on the product page.
Do I need Canva?
No, not for standard printable PDF games unless a specific product says otherwise.
Our goal is to keep things simple: download, print, and play.
Do I need special fonts?
No.
The fonts and design are already included in the files. You should not need to download fonts to use your games.
What if the file looks wrong when I open it?
If something looks off, try opening the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of your computer’s default preview program.
If you still have trouble, email us at support@pandaplayco.com and include your order number if you have it.
Refunds and Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Because our products are digital downloads, orders usually cannot be canceled once the files have been delivered or accessed.
If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once files have been delivered or downloaded.
That said, we want you to have a good experience. If there is a technical issue with your file or download, contact us at support@pandaplayco.com and we’ll work to make it right.
Terms of Use
Can I share the files with friends?
Please do not share the digital files.
You are welcome to print copies for your own personal event, but the files themselves may not be shared, uploaded, emailed, resold, or distributed.
Can I use these games for a business or paid event?
Panda Play Co. printables are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not resell the files, sell printed copies, include them in paid party packages, or use them commercially without written permission.
Who owns the artwork and game files?
Panda Play Co. owns the design, artwork, layout, and digital files.
Your purchase gives you personal-use access to print and play the games. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the designs.
